In
addition to our many services and also to provide a one point
support for them, we have set up a Customer Care Center at
our office. This Center is manned by trained and skilled personnel
with the requisite expertise in each field of our operations.
The Customer care center is operational 24 hours a day,7 days
a week, 365 days a year. The team at our Center comprises
professionals who are trained in each aspect of our operations
so that every venture in our portfolio is covered. For instance,
a query on training will be attended by an executive who deals
with the HR operations of the company and has at his/her console
the complete database of all candidates placed or on the bench
and so on. Similarly there are executives who deal with hardware,
networking, Smart cards, Banking and all our other business
ventures.
The main function of our one point Customer support call center
is to provide a means where by there is a speedy attendance
to customer requirements. Whether it is attending to a complaint
or providing information to a query or solving a problem,
the center deals with many aspects without having to mobilize
resources that can be diverted to more useful ventures. For
instance, a customer calling to complain about some fault
in their computer can have their doubt solved over the phone
itself without the need of having a service representative
visit the customer location.
In cases where the situation cannot be handled by the Call
center executive, it is delegated to the next higher authority
or the field representative who then attends to the problem.
To date, our call center has achieved a 96% efficiency in
dealing with customer queries and requirements.
